- Our Autumn / Winter Wellbeing Programme returns!
-
Many people struggle when the clocks go back. The darker evenings can feel oppressive. Daylight Saving Club brings the light. With three different sessions to enjoy each month, there is always something to look forward to.
-
This will be the third year. If you want to learn to embrace the cosiness, explore wellbeing without judgement and have real conversations about how to make life better, come along.
We begin when the clocks go back in October, and run through til Spring. It is a great way of avoiding the Winter blues.

Curious about Wintering Well?
Join us for warm up week
What to expect:
- Mini-workshop: Setting yourself up for a year of relaxed productivity. How to get back to work AND stay in tune with the seasons. Start as you mean to go on. There will also be time to ask questions about the Wintering Well programme.
- Not Your Average Water Cooler Chat: Connection becomes even more important through the Winter months. We tend to stay indoors more, so miss out on those opportunities for informal chat. This will help with that. It's like networking, without the awkwardness. No-one's got an agenda, no-one is going to try and sell you anything. Just good chat about what it is to be human and how we can best support ourselves through the darker months.
- Vision Board - let's make 2026 work for you! TBH I'm tripping over Vision Board sessions on my socials right now. Why is this one different? Because I'm bringing my coaching skills to the table ... and some beatiful wellbeing practices that will help you relax and open up to the process. It will be fun and insightful. You'll need to bring your own supplies, obvs.
