Each week, we will look at different emotions and explore how creative practices can support us as we ride the mid-life rollercoaster. We’ll talk about how peri-menopause symptoms are impacting upon life and share strategies for making things feel easier.

We will cover:
  • Changing the record: finding new ways of relating
  • Social Media: how to avoid scroll holes and do something more interesting instead
  • Procrastination-busting
  • Avoiding overwhelm
  • Not-guilty pleasures
By the end of the six weeks you will have a brilliant toolkit to build upon. You’ll have an action plan to support you through menopause and beyond.
