This course is for perimenopausal and menopausal women who say ‘I’m not creative’ and it’s for those who know they are but keep on coming up against blocks.

If you think you’re not, we will show you that you are. (Promise!). If you’re feeling blocked. this session will teach you some simple tricks for getting reconnected. Whatever your starting point, you will learn how to use your creativity to make your menopause feel better.

We’ll identify the conditions creativity needs to thrive and look at ways it can make the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause more bearable.

We will cover:
  • Rip Up The Rule Book – letting go of getting creativity ‘right’
  • Become Your Own Cheerleader
  • Fearless Drawing – tricking the brain into enjoying putting pen to paper
  • Write Your Own Adventure – tapping into imagination and letting ideas flow
  • Everyday Extraordinary – taking inspiration from the world around us
You will leave feeling more connected to your creativity, with an understanding of how it might support your menopause journey.
