Sound familiar?
When a team runs on empty, everyone feels it
- Flat and tiredLong hours and heavy caseloads have worn the joy out of the working week.
- DisconnectedHybrid working means people barely know the colleagues they rely on.
- Stuck in a rutThe same meetings, the same ideas, the same conversations.
- Close to burnoutStress is quietly building, and the usual wellbeing webinar isn't touching it.
- After a big changeA restructure, merger or tough year has left morale low.
- Wanting something differentYou want a team day people actually look forward to.
Creativity is a fast, practical way to shift that. An hour of making, writing or playing with ideas can change the mood of a whole office.
What your team takes away
Seven things a wide-hearted session brings
Spark
That lift you feel when you make something you didn't know you could. People leave lighter, chatting and smiling, often surprised by themselves.
Light
Lightness and laughter. A break from the weight of the work, so people return to it refreshed.
Energy
Moving, making and playing wakes up tired minds. Add a nourishing lunch from our nutritionist.
Connection
Colleagues see a new side of each other. Teams that have only met on screen start to gel.
Mood shift
Simple creative practices that move people from stressed and scattered to calm and focused.
Ideas
Creative warm-ups loosen fixed thinking, so new ideas and solutions come more easily.
Motivation
Reconnecting with purpose and with each other reminds people why the work matters.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do my team need to be creative or arty?
Not at all. Our sessions are designed for people who say "I'm not creative". Everything is simple, guided and pressure-free, and nobody is asked to share anything they don't want to.
Where do you run sessions?
We come to your workplace or a venue in Exeter, Newton Abbot, Torquay and across South Devon. Online sessions work for teams anywhere in the UK, including hybrid and remote teams.
How many people can take part?
Most sessions work best with up to 12–15 people so everyone can join in. For larger teams or staff conferences we can run several groups.
How much does it cost?
We use a sliding scale so we can work with businesses, charities and public sector teams of every size. Book a free chat and we'll give you a clear quote.
Will it be awkward or embarrassing?
No role play, no putting people on the spot and no mess. Our approach is gentle and playful, and people are often surprised by how much they enjoy it.
How is this different from a normal wellbeing webinar?
People do something rather than listen to something. Making, writing and playing together shifts mood and builds connection in a way a talk can't, and your team leaves with practices they can keep using.
Ready to bring some spark to your workplace?
